- Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or proprietary LMS tools.
- A stable internet connection, functional computer/laptop, and quality headset.
- Previous online or offline teaching experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates passionate about education are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) or working with international students will be a strong plus.
- Flexible schedule based on student time zones (options available for both part-time and full-time).
- Teachers may choose from weekday and weekend slots.
- Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week is preferred.
