ETC provides inbound program opportunities for high school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. ETC’s outbound program offers students the chance to study and live in a foreign country. Education Travel & Culture is a unique, personalized organization whose first goal is to provide exceptional support for both students and host families through a network of local coordinators and dedicated office staff.

• Family‑friendly, flexible, and complements a busy schedule (8–10 Hours/Week)
• Annual performance‑based incentive trips (including International trips to destinations like Europe and Mexico)

Education Travel and Culture (ETC) is a non‑profit 501(c)(3) educational exchange organization. We recruit host families across the country for international high‑school exchange students. We are looking for a part‑time/supplemental income Local Coordinator to join our team!

• Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools, including monthly oversight of the exchange student
• Receive full training, teaching and ongoing support from the Field Manager
• May be involved in the recruitment of volunteer host families for our international high school students
• Recruit host families through reverse networking, job postings, phone calls, and outbound emails; you will be compensated for each host family that you recruit. Your hours are based upon how many families you recruit and exchange students you oversee.

This is an independent contractor position which enables you to work at home and within your own schedule.

• Ability to problem solve and support students and host families during the students’ program
• Self‑motivated, organized, well‑networked within the community
• Driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to pass a Background Check Recruitment skills with the ability to screen potential leads (Nice‑to‑have)
• Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight. This position provides supplemental income ONLY
