What You’ll Do- Lead and support individuals in our programs helping them reach their full potential
- Host structured conversations with prospective clients (we provide the scripts and systems)
- Create engaging strategies to connect and grow communities on social platforms
- Facilitate online Q&A sessions, virtual workshops and informational webinars
- Represent the company at online and optionally international events
- Participate in weekly development and training sessions via Zoom
- 5 years of experience in leadership, HR or talent development
- Strong communicator with confidence on video calls and over the phone
- Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, Linked In, social platforms and more)
- Self‑motivated, proactive and ready to take ownership of your work
- Curious, coachable and committed to personal growth
- Passionate about helping others succeed
