- Manage and coordinate training and technical assistance (TTA) services to support high‑quality and responsive TTA deliverables
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for TTA reports and other deliverables
- Supervise and coach TTA staff to support their professional development and performance improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of OHS required reports and documentation
- Participate in national, regional, state, and local work groups and meetings as directed
- Minimum of a BA or BS Degree in management, human resources, education leadership, or a related field;
Master’s preferred - 7+ years of experience in training and technical assistance provision, with at least three years in a supervisory or management role
- 1 year of experience coaching staff and overseeing budgets
- 1 year of experience developing and managing complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- 10 years of overall experience in relevant fields
- Experience working closely with multiple entities in a collaborative environment
- Proven ability to use data to enhance the quality and effectiveness of TTA services
- Familiarity with early childhood education programs and Head Start initiatives
