Make A Difference, Albuquerque! - Local Coordinator to Exchange Students Needed!

Education Travel & Culture (ETC) is a non‑profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides inbound program opportunities for high school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. ETC’s outbound program offers students the chance to study and live in a foreign country.

Help make a difference in the lives of exchange students! Our non‑profit offers supplemental income on a flexible schedule!

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools, including monthly oversight of each student.
  • Receive full training, teaching, and ongoing support from the Field Manager.
  • May be involved in the recruitment of volunteer host families for our international high‑school students.

Recruit host families through reverse networking, job postings, phone calls, and outbound emails. Compensation is paid for each host family recruited. Hours are based on the number of families recruited and students overseen.

This is an independent contractor position that allows you to work from home on a schedule that fits your life.

Qualifications
  • Ability to problem‑solve and support students and host families during the program.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and well‑networked within the community.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a Background Check.
  • Recruitment skills with the ability to screen potential leads (Nice‑to‑have).
  • Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight.
