• Design engaging, inclusive, learner‑centered training using real‑world scenarios

• Facilitate live training sessions while coaching others in effective facilitation techniques
• Measure success and analyze data to improve learning outcomes and culture

• Proven experience in adult learning, instructional design, or corporate training
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in learning and development
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to apply project management principles to organize and track multiple training programs
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% for quarterly in‑office visits or 10–15% for monthly presence, depending on role expectations

• Experience in driving continuous improvement in training programs
