We're a reputable driving school seeking enthusiastic individuals to train as Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and join our growing team. No previous teaching experience is required – we'll provide comprehensive training to help you qualify as a fully approved driving instructor with the DVSA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete structured training to pass the three ADI qualifying tests (theory, driving ability, and instructional ability).

- Once eligible (after passing Parts 1 and
2), obtain a trainee licence (PDI) to gain paid teaching experience under supervision.

- Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners, focusing on safe and confident driving skills.

- Build your own pupil base with our support and marketing assistance. Requirements:

- Full UK driving licence held for at least 3–4 years.

- No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving convictions.

- Good communication skills, patience, and a professional attitude.

- Ability to pass a DBS check. Training and Costs:
You will be required to pay for your own ADI training course upfront or via instalments (costs range from £2,000–£3,000 depending on the package). This covers all necessary in-car and theory training to prepare you for the DVSA exams. Important:
The full cost of your training will be reimbursed to you through deductions/additions on your payslips once you begin teaching paid lessons as a trainee or fully qualified instructor with us. This reimbursement will be spread over an agreed period to support your early earnings. Benefits:
