At Talent Gum, we’re on a mission to make learning fun, engaging, and skill-driven for kids! Through our online live sessions, we help children explore their creative sides — from music and dance to public speaking and art.
We’re now looking for an energetic and passionate Category Manager – Keyboard to take charge of our Keyboard Category, mentor our talented pool of facilitators, and scale the category to the next level of success.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Keyboard category end-to-end — from planning and performance to quality and growth.
Mentor, and manage a diverse group of Keyboard facilitators, ensuring every class hits the right note!
Track facilitator performance, student engagement, and class feedback to maintain high teaching standards.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing) to achieve growth goals.
Identify and implement innovative teaching practices and operational improvements.
Build strategies to boost student retention, satisfaction, and category profitability.
Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the learning experience. Stay on top of global trends in music education to keep the curriculum exciting and relevant.
What You Bring
MBA from a top B-school (specialization in Marketing, Operations, or General Management preferred).
3–5 years of experience in category management, business operations, or education management.
A passion for music and learning — prior exposure to the performing arts is a plus!
Excellent people management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and performance analytics.
A creative mindset with a drive to make learning impactful and fun!
