Odoo is looking for a highly motivated and proactive  Event Specialist  to manage and coordinate the organization of Odoo Business Shows, Odoo Academy training sessions, trade fairs, and other locally driven events across Italy.

As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing our events, contributing directly to their success and impact.

Your job
Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all Odoo Italy events, both in-person and online, working closely with the Event Marketing team to ensure consistency and impact

Manage all logistical aspects of events , including venue selection, booking, and contract negotiations

Create and manage event pages , coordinating promotions through email marketing and social media

Engage with sponsors and partners , building strong relationships and ensuring successful event collaborations

Requirements

Previous experience: 2 - 5 years in the event field

Fluent in  Italian (C2)  and  English (C1)

Brand storytelling:  aligning events with brand identity

Creative thinking:  themes, concepts, engagement ideas

Attention to detail:  contracts, schedules, guest experience
