Tutors guide students through tailored study materials in a series of interactive 1-hour sessions over live video calls.

Job Timings : 9:00am to 6:00pm (5 days a week)
Responsibilities :
-Conduct 1:1 live online classes for students
-Lesson planning before the class
-Teaching Australian curriculum
-Assist students with assignments and projects, especially in Math
-Convert trial classes into paid enrollments.
-Track and report student progress and feedback
Requirements & Skills :
Experience : 2+ years online Math teaching, experience with international curriculum (US/Australia) will be preferred.
Expertise :
In-depth knowledge and mastery of your subject
Skills :
Strong communication and engaging teaching style
Tools :
Pen tablet, laptop, and high-speed internet
There is a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week with 20 hours of tutoring .
Training & Onboarding :
You will be required to complete the Learn Ease training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:
Conducting Demo and Paid Classes
The platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.
Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.
Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
