Students complete their academic work in two concentrated hours using AI‑driven platforms.

The remainder of their day is devoted to something just as critical: interactive workshops designed to cultivate curiosity, life skills, and self‑assurance.

In this role, you'll maintain momentum and ensure seamless execution. You'll guide students through transitions, foster engagement in small group settings, and step in with encouragement when they need a boost. Content delivery isn't your responsibility—but your contribution will be vital to the success of every session.

• Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and supporting group dynamics.
• Encouraging student participation and building momentum through direct messaging, public recognition, and one‑on‑one engagement.
• Ensuring students remain engaged, self‑assured, and socially connected throughout their sessions.
• Providing logistical support to lead educators to maintain seamless workshop flow.
• Serving as a culture champion and dependable figure within student clubs and life skills programming.

• Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter.
• Developing lesson plans or evaluating student assignments.
• Building curricula or facilitating workshops independently.
• Observing passively—this role demands active involvement and consistent energy.

Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain focused, organized, and motivated across all workshop activities.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm US Mountain Time (UTC‑7).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth leadership roles.
• Education completed within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16)—you must have attended school in one of these countries (your current location may be anywhere).
• Excellent communication abilities and confidence using digital tools and platforms.
• A motivating, student‑centered approach with attention to detail and skill in managing smooth transitions.

• Familiarity with online education platforms or youth enrichment initiatives.
• Experience in after‑school programs, summer camps, or youth club leadership.
