This role offers the opportunity to reshape K-12 education by deploying an advanced AI-driven MTSS framework designed to help students achieve curriculum mastery at twice the usual pace. You will play a key role in introducing a new Multi-Tiered System of Support to school districts across the country, delivering learning outcomes that have not been seen before through the use of intelligent technology.

We are a stealth-mode startup looking for a seasoned MTSS professional who has led the implementation and oversight of district-wide intervention systems. Although you will be working with our AI-powered platform instead of conventional frameworks, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be vital in guiding districts through the transition to this superior model.

Our transformative framework rethinks the way districts provide student support by leveraging sophisticated AI that identifies student needs automatically, administers precise interventions, and accelerates the learning process. Your background in education and program rollout will be critical as you support districts in adopting this more impactful approach to student achievement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating and implementing district rollout strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework
• Providing dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators and build enthusiasm for our solution
• Tracking implementation milestones and examining student outcome data to confirm districts meet their objectives
• Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
• Conducting on-site training workshops that strengthen relationships with essential stakeholders

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating bespoke, one-time solutions when our standardized, proven methodology is available
• Concentrating on post-launch account management at the expense of driving successful adoption
• Spending excessive time on administrative tasks rather than producing tangible results
• Supporting a single district when your focus should be on multi-district implementation

Educational Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive transformative student outcomes by guiding districts through the successful adoption of our AI-powered MTSS framework, ensuring they achieve measurable gains in learning performance.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Consult  for more details on this topic.
