We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to provide virtual instructional and consultative services to students in Lancaster, Ohio. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support students access to curriculum, independence, and visual skills development while collaborating closely with school teams.

• Provide virtual instruction and support for students with visual impairments across grade levels.
• Develop and manage IEP goals focused on accessibility, literacy, and functional vision.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
• Recommend and train students on assistive technology and adaptive tools.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Consult with district staff on strategies for accessible content and classroom modifications.

• Masters degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or related field.
• Active Ohio TVI certification.
• Experience working with students with visual impairments preferred.
• Strong communication and technology readiness for virtual instruction.
• Reliable internet and professional remote workspace.
• Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
