A fast-growing consumer goods company that specializes in men’s care and grooming needs is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their Paid Media team. This company revolutionized their industry when they hit the market 15 years ago and built an empire. In 2026, they are focused on expanding in new categories and markets and are forecasting a very large growth period.

They are searching for a bold, innovative Paid Media Specialist who will be involved in building social media strategies, managing campaign execution, and owning end-to-end projects. They are looking for someone who fully understands social media, creative strategy and can lead from the front.

This is a remote contract-to-hire position that requires occasional travel to Durham, NC as need be. Local candidates are strongly preferred. This is a great opportunity to join an established organization with big plans in the coming years.

• Experience supporting media budgets of $5M+
• Deep understanding of Tik Tok and Meta
• Strong creative visions
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau and Motion

• 4+ years of experience
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A superior work ethic, self-starter
