Learning Support Assistants – Seathorne Primary Academy
The ideal Learning Support Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
Requirements- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have experience of working with young people or children
- Be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about the position
