Role OverviewAt Freedom Regained we support individuals transitioning from education into leadership and development-focused roles. Youll be provided with structured learning resources professional training and ongoing support to help you confidently contribute in this space.
This role is well suited to educators who enjoy guiding others facilitating learning conversations and continuing their own development.
What You’ll Be Doing- Engaging in meaningful conversations using professional communication skills
- Sharing access to leadership and personal development materials
- Guiding individuals through an established information and learning process
- Participating in ongoing leadership development sessions
- Working remotely within a flexible self-managed structure
- Have a background in teaching training facilitation or education
- Enjoy mentoring supporting and developing others
- Are seeking a flexible remote role beyond traditional education settings
- Are comfortable learning online tools (training provided)

This is a contract-based role suited to professionals with a minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience. It is not a salaried or hourly teaching position.
