Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI‑adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in replicating this program at campuses nationwide.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
• Create personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
• Review student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
• Partner with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
• Build scalable, AI-supported instructional content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to adapt instruction based on student interaction patterns
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Available to work on‑site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
