This is not a “post some stuff on Instagram and hope for the best” job.

This is a high‑ownership, high‑creative, high‑implementation role where you will :

• ✓ Own the entire social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook)
• ✓ Generate viral‑style content ideas daily and weekly. You’ll ideate hooks, trends, stories, angles, and formats specifically for real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
• ✓ Build and manage the social media calendar. You’ll operate with structure, deadlines, and clarity — not chaos.
• ✓ Oversee creation and publication of content. You’ll project‑manage video editors, thumbnail designers, and Brandon’s recording time so the ideas become high‑performing finished content.
• ✓ Write killer scripts, captions, hooks, and storylines. You understand retention psychology, opening hooks, and audience insight.
• ✓ Use Many Chat and other tools to turn content into leads & revenue. You understand that content is the top of the funnel — and money is made in the DM flows, lead magnets, and automated follow‑up.
• ✓ Grow the brand and the business via content. This is not about vanity. It’s about growth, leads, conversions, community. You’ll play a central role in building a $40M+ education empire.

• Plan & execute a weekly content schedule
• Brainstorm 10–20 “viral‑ish” ideas each week
• Write scripts Brandon can read in 20–30 seconds
• Review analytics and optimize for retention
• Create lead magnets & keywords that amplify growth
• Build Many Chat flows tied to content
• Manage editors and assets to deliver finished posts
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth team
• Repurpose long‑form into short‑form (and vice‑versa)
• Track KPIs, report on performance, and optimize

You will own the full journey :

Idea → Script → Recording → Editing → Publishing → Distribution → Analytics → Optimization → Leads → Revenue
