As a Literacy Coordinator, you will design and deliver adaptive reading workshops, analyze student data to refine instruction, partner with engineering teams to improve AI platforms, and build scalable, AI‑integrated curriculum for nationwide rollout. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position, based remotely.

$50.00/hour ($100,000/year) with weekly payments. Health benefits start day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency for early elementary learners.
• Create gamified literacy benchmarks to personalize motivation.
• Review student performance data, adjust instruction, and identify actionable trends.
• Partner with engineering to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Build scalable, AI‑integrated curriculum supporting early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson).
• Minimum 2 years facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
• Ability to assess reading proficiency, group students, and create differentiated instruction independently.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and responding to student engagement patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Remote: must be available to work remotely.
