Reading Teacher – Alpha (Remote)

Join Crossover to lead adaptive reading workshops that accelerate literacy for young elementary learners. This full‑time (40 hrs/week) contractor position offers $50 USD/hour ($100 000/yr) with weekly pay.

• Lead 2‑hour adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency.
• Create gamified literacy benchmarks and motivational experiences.
• Analyze student performance data to adjust instruction and generate insights.
• Partner with engineers to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms.
• Build scalable AI‑integrated curriculum to reach grade‑level proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson).
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at one of these campuses:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
