. We are seeking an experienced MTSS professional to lead the nationwide implementation of an AI-powered Multi‑Tiered System of Support that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the conventional pace. This is an opportunity to bring transformative intervention technology to K‑12 districts across the country. Base Pay Range

$75.00/hr – $75.00/hr.

• Develop and execute comprehensive district rollout strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS platform.
• Facilitate high‑impact professional development sessions that equip educators with the confidence and enthusiasm to leverage our solution effectively.
• Track implementation milestones and interpret student outcome data to confirm districts meet their performance objectives.
• Collaborate with district leadership to address obstacles and refine student support delivery.
• Conduct on‑site training workshops that establish trusted partnerships with critical stakeholders.

• Creating bespoke district‑specific solutions when our standardized, validated framework is the focus.
• Managing long‑term accounts after go‑live instead of concentrating on successful initial adoption.
• Spending time on routine administrative tasks rather than producing tangible student outcomes.
• Supporting only one district when your scope includes rollout across numerous school systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator).
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on‑site training.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

The compensation level is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment will be made weekly.
