This role offers an opportunity to reshape K‑12 education by deploying an advanced AI‑driven MTSS framework that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the typical pace. You will support the nationwide rollout of a reimagined Multi‑Tiered System of Support that produces exceptional learning results through intelligent automation.
We are a stealth‑mode startup seeking a seasoned MTSS professional with proven experience in district‑scale intervention framework deployment and management. Your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS operations, regulatory compliance, and multi‑stakeholder collaboration will be critical as districts adopt this powerful methodology.
Our transformative framework redefines district‑level student support delivery using advanced AI that autonomously detects learning needs, applies precise interventions, and expedites progress. Your educational and implementation expertise will guide districts through the transition to this superior model.
What You Will Be Doing- Creating and executing district-level implementation strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework.
- Conducting compelling professional development sessions to build educator confidence and enthusiasm.
- Tracking implementation metrics and evaluating student achievement data to ensure districts meet objectives.
- Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine student support initiatives.
- Facilitating on‑site training experiences that establish trusted partnerships with critical stakeholders.
- Building bespoke solutions for individual clients instead of deploying our validated, uniform methodology.
- Concentrating on ongoing account management rather than ensuring successful implementation.
- Becoming overwhelmed by administrative tasks instead of producing substantial results.
- Supporting only one district when your role involves implementation across numerous school systems.

- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
