What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging AI to create interactive simulations that make historical events and geographic concepts concrete and engaging.
• Examining learning data to identify trends that shape adaptive learning pathways, ensuring each student's experience is personalized and impactful.
• Building innovative digital content that animates historical narratives and global environments, including virtual explorations and immersive cultural experiences.
• Working with a cross‑functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop groundbreaking methods that transform social studies instruction.
• Converting intricate historical and geographic ideas into accessible, compelling material supported by AI‑powered customization.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Handling conventional curriculum administration or routine paperwork—this position focuses on innovation and tangible educational outcomes.
• Working in isolation—you will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals focused on advancing educational practice.
• Relying on traditional textbook approaches—your contributions will redefine student engagement with history and geography.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
