Your role : create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide campus expansion of that curriculum.
This is not administrative lesson planning. It is evidence‑based teaching, technology partnership, and construction of a reading program designed to serve thousands of students.

- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy milestones.
- Examining student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends.
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes.
- Building scalable, AI‑enhanced curriculum that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within those systems.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Available to work on‑site at one of our locations:
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
