- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks.
- Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable insights.
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes.
- Building scalable, AI‑supported content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within these systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
- Availability to work on‑site at one of our locations:
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
