You've shaped a compelling academic vision and taken ownership of its outcomes. You've led visibly, not from the sidelines. When it comes to the science of learning, you're not experimenting—you've created something tangible, produced results that validate your approach, and established the credibility to share that story publicly. If this describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader. At 2 Hour Learning, we've developed a system in which students learn at twice the conventional pace, within just two hours each day.

AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based progression, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom structures power these results. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader who can harmonize execution across varied school models, elevate academic standards, and serve as the public face of a movement rooted in sound learning science.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivation systems, and application development.
  • Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams maintain alignment, accountability, and results delivery.
  • Consolidating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact barriers to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
  • Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings—from keynote addresses to meetings with Ministries of Education—advancing systemic transformation in global education thinking.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
  • Producing academic research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.
  • Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants.
  • Depending on institutional reputation or theoretical arguments to convince skeptical audiences.
