Join Alpha, a rapidly growing education startup, as an Enrollment Technology Manager. You will take a newly implemented enrollment platform and scale it into a dependable system serving dozens of campuses. Alpha has deployed modern enrollment technology and seeks strategic systems expertise to maximize its capabilities through integrations, automations, and reliable data pipelines.

Responsibilities include designing the technology layer that enables admissions and enrollment operations across campuses, delivering training to staff, and providing ongoing technical support.

• Develop and sustain API connections linking enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across numerous campuses.
• Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale smoothly as campuses are added.
• Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on system capabilities and produce detailed documentation.
• Offer prompt technical assistance and convert user insights into practical system enhancements.

• 3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, School Admin, Hub Spot).
• Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining API-based integrations or automation workflows.
• Solid data analysis and reconciliation capabilities.
• Background producing technical documentation and training personnel on system operations.
• Process optimization and troubleshooting abilities under pressure in operational settings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Pay is weekly.
