Your role: create and facilitate workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then help expand that framework to campuses nationwide.

This position isn't about completing lesson‑plan paperwork. It centers on data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading initiative that serves thousands of students.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
• Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level proficiency

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student engagement patterns within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
• Able to work on‑site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
