At Alpha Anywhere, your mission as a coach is to help students accomplish the extraordinary: develop a genuine love for learning, accelerate their progress, and evolve into capable, autonomous individuals. You'll deliver this impact from any location worldwide. Alpha Anywhere represents the virtual advancement of Alpha's innovative educational framework. We combine AI-driven academic content with two 1:1 coaching sessions per week to provide what traditional classrooms cannot: customized mastery, accelerated pace, and sustained engagement.

This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is high-caliber coaching designed for students prepared to learn 2x faster—and who need a guide to reach that potential.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions weekly with each student, centered on academic target-setting, motivation enhancement, and mindset cultivation.
• Hosting open “office hours” where students access real-time guidance, reinforcement, or problem-solving.
• Leveraging AI platforms and tracking dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methodology.
• Recording observations, alerts, and tactical adjustments to maintain each student on an accelerated growth path.
• Partnering with your team to exchange effective practices, elevate critical issues, and continuously enhance the coaching framework.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing homework—our technology manages the academic content.
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a predetermined curriculum.
• Babysitting or micromanaging unmotivated students—we coach with purpose, not through constant surveillance.
• Attending redundant meetings or navigating organizational red tape.
• Operating below your potential—this team is designed for individuals committed to high-level performance and meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quantifiable academic advancement and sustained engagement for virtual students through high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching within a completely remote, technology-enabled framework.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students.
• Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts.
• Strong virtual presence and capacity to establish rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet.
• Comfortable navigating dashboards and technology platforms to monitor and adapt performance.
• Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones.

Nice‑to‑Have Requirements

• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work.
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
