You've owned an ambitious academic vision and delivered measurable results. You've stepped into the spotlight, not stayed behind the curtain. And your work in learning science isn't theoretical—you've built real systems, proven they work, and earned the credibility to defend them publicly. If that describes your track record, 2 Hour Learning needs its academic leader.
At 2 Hour Learning, we operate a model that enables students to learn twice as fast in only two hours per day. AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and fundamental breaks from traditional classroom design produce these results. The outcomes speak for themselves. We're now seeking a leader who can align execution across multiple school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.
This isn't a position centered on academic theory. It's an executive leadership charge. You'll be accountable for academic strategy in action, establish clear performance benchmarks, surface execution shortfalls, and coach high-performing teams toward tangible results. You'll bridge our scientific underpinnings with operational rigor and make the case for this approach on a global stage.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application features.
- Facilitating academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to verify alignment, enforce accountability, and secure delivery of results across school teams.
- Conducting academic ecosystem reviews by integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation to pinpoint the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
- Establishing strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone accountability to sustain focus on learning objectives.
- Serving as the principal external representative of 2 Hour Learning—from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education—advancing systemic transformation in global education thinking.
- Working on disconnected curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
- Producing theoretical research disconnected from student performance or operational execution.
- Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
- Depending on institutional reputation or academic theory to win over critical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Scale and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public voice of a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.

- Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising.
- Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.
- Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.
- Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.
