What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging AI to create interactive simulations that render historical events and geographical phenomena tangible and unforgettable for students.
• Examining learning data to identify patterns that will shape adaptive pathways, ensuring each student’s individual journey remains engaging and productive.
• Building innovative digital resources that animate historical personalities and global environments, from virtual expeditions through time to immersive cultural experiences.

Educational Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Deliver measurable advancement in students’ command of social studies concepts, doubling the speed at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge through innovative, AI‑powered methodologies.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
