• Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
• Encouraging student participation and enthusiasm through chat interactions, recognition, and one‑on‑one touchpoints
• Ensuring students remain focused, confident, and connected throughout their learning sessions
• Supporting lead educators with operational logistics that allow workshops to function seamlessly
• Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence across bilingual programming and club activities

• Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter content
• Developing lesson plans or evaluating student assignments
• Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
• Observing passively—this is an active, high‑involvement position

Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated throughout every workshop session.

• Available to work 8am – 5pm M‑F U.S. Mountain Time (UTC‑7)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youth
• Educational history in U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K‑16) – must have been a student in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)
• Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency with digital tools
• Motivating, student‑centered approach with attention to detail and smooth facilitation

• Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth development programs
• Experience in after‑school initiatives, summer camps, or club facilitation
