Job Description

The Academic Program Coordinator / Education Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing academic programs to ensure high-quality delivery, compliance with academic standards, and positive student outcomes. This role works closely with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to support curriculum implementation, academic operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end academic programs, including scheduling, delivery, assessments, and reporting
  • Manage program timelines, resources, and academic calendars
  • Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum development and implementation
  • Monitor academic quality, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Track student progress, retention, and performance metrics
  • Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration
  • Prepare academic reports, documentation, and performance dashboards
  • Support audits, accreditation reviews, and quality assurance activities
  • Implement process improvements to enhance academic operations and student experience
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Academic Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in academic coordination, program management, or education administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of academic policies, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in academic management systems and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines effectively
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with higher education institutions or training organizations
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and student information systems
  • Exposure to accreditation bodies and quality frameworks
