Educational Technology Specialist, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
• Creating personalized, gamified literacy benchmarks to motivate early elementary learners.
• Reviewing student performance metrics to refine instructional approaches and extract meaningful insights.
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes.
• Producing scalable, AI-integrated resources that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Competence in assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groupings, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to respond to student engagement patterns.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Available to work on-site at one of the following locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) contract role. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
