Our 2‑Hour Learning approach combines AI‑adaptive technology with skilled teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and implement workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early‑elementary learners, then support us in expanding that program to campuses nationwide.

• Implementing adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
• Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable findings
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑enhanced materials that support early‑elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early‑elementary students
• Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
