Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, isseeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team supporting curriculum design for global support functions, including data center operations. This role plays a critical part in developing impactful, learner-centered training experiences to upskill technical teams and drive operational excellence.
You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Curriculum Managers, and cross-functional partners to create and maintain engaging e-learning content, microlearning assets, and training materials. You’ll help ensure that courses are high‑quality, align with organizational objectives, and support the continuous development of our global workforce.

- Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and instructional materials aligned to business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and task analyses to identify performance gaps and define learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible learning content.
- Create multimedia assets, including video, animations, graphics, and interactive elements.
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to drive learner engagement and retention.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG) and organizational quality guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Support innovative initiatives such as AI-enabled learning and 3D modeling for immersive experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design
, including needs assessment, learner analysis, and course development. - 3+ years of experience developing e-learning with Articulate Storyline and Rise
. - 3+ years using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) for multimedia creation.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning theories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
