We are looking for former management consultants to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.
About the Role
- Paid
- Part-time (at least 4 hours per week)
- 100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world)
What You Will Be Doing
- Practice mock case + behavioral interviews over video call or in-person with a student
- Answer questions about a career in management consulting
About Us (My Consulting Offer)
We help students and young professionals transition into a career in management consulting. We are a team of former McKinsey, Bain, and BCG Consultants, Managers, Principals, Partners, and Recruiters from across six continents. Since 2017, we have helped over 800 students get jobs in consulting.
Job Requirements
- Must love mentoring and coaching others
- Able to commit at least 4 hours per week
- Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG in a client-facing role (e.g., BA, Associate, EM, AP, Partner)
- Worked in one of the following locations: US, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China, Canada, Dubai

Additional Comments
Unfortunately, we do not work with consultants who are still working at McKinsey, Bain or BCG given the unpredictable schedules, however, we do accept applications from consultants on transition/search.
We are looking for candidates who left their role with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG no earlier than 2018.
