Location: Hybrid role based in Central Scotland with flexibility for remote working and occasional travel to delivery centres

Salary: £35k‑£45k

We’re seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Learning & Curriculum Designer to help us enhance our training offerings across sustainability, retrofit, and clean energy. From building engaging blended learning journeys to digitising course materials, you’ll play a central role in scaling and enhancing the impact of our learning programmes.

• Designing and developing interactive, accessible content across multiple formats (e‑learning, slide decks, workbooks, media)
• Working with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with real‑world industry needs
• Leading course builds in our LMS (currently Docebo), optimising learner experience and interactivity
• Improving and updating existing materials to enhance accessibility, consistency, and learner engagement
• Developing meaningful assessments aligned with awarding body standards (e.g. SQA, NOCN)
• Championing user‑centred design and digital innovation in learning

• Proven experience designing content for adult, vocational, and young learners, with a focus on adapting materials to suit diverse developmental stages and learning needs
• Strong instructional design skills and proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adapt, Canva)
• Experience using an LMS (Docebo or similar)
• Ability to simplify technical content and create engaging, inclusive learning materials
• Collaborative approach and a passion for impactful learning
