We are a “Done With You” consultancy – we set the strategy, analyze each brand, and teach our clients how to execute using our resources.

• Fully remote Amazon consulting agency.

• Yearly total pay: $250,000–$350,000+, based on performance and revenue share (no cap). Includes:
  • Base guaranteed salary: $120,000 – guaranteed during ramp‑up.
  • Within 120 days, with a full client portfolio, consultants earn at least $17,500 monthly.
  • Top consultants earn $300,000+ per year.
• Performance is calculated by managing more clients, keeping them longer, and generating referrals.

• Organic ranking mastery – product launches, ranking strategies, and algorithm insights.
• Amazon PPC expertise – strategy and hands‑on execution, managing minimum $50K+ monthly budgets.
• Brand management – experience managing private‑label brands generating at least $10M annual revenue.
• Logistics & backend – strong grasp of COGs, fees, inventory, and P&L optimization.

• Lead weekly consulting calls with clients.
• Advise clients and articulate what you would do for their brand.
• Solve Amazon challenges and guide clients through key projects.
• Track progress and provide clear next steps.
• Provide daily support via Slack & email.
• Attend weekly training and team meetings.

• Full‑time, remote position.
• 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience, managing brands with a minimum of $10M+ revenue.
• PPC expertise – managed $50K+ monthly ad budgets.
• Seller Central pro – navigate and optimize quickly.
• Ambitious, driven, and relentless work ethic to maximize earning potential.
