Role Overview

We are looking for freelance online instructors to develop course content and conduct live online classes under our banner from anywhere. This is an hourly paid role and is well suited for educators, professionals, and practitioners who enjoy teaching and can effectively engage learners in an online environment.

We also welcome individuals who are interested in starting their careers in the academic field and would like to be part of an educational platform from its early stages.

Key Responsibilities
Develop structured class content based on assigned topics
Conduct and manage live, interactive online sessions end-to-end
Communicate concepts clearly with a practical, learner-focused approach
Engage learners actively and encourage participation during sessions
Adapt teaching methods to suit effective online delivery
Assign tasks or activities, monitor learner progress, and provide guidance
Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent and successful learning experience

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field
Strong interest and commitment to teaching
Mandatory:  Ability to communicate effectively in  Malayalam and English
Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms
