Marketing Manager

Pac Sci EMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role is responsible for all marketing activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our website, establish a regular cadence of social media posts, lead funnel intake and coordination, and coordinate tradeshow exhibits. This role will report directly to the Sr.

Director of Business Development and offers the flexibility of remote work with limited travel requirements.

• Manage and Optimize Website:

• Oversee all website-related activities, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve website functionality, user experience, and SEO performance.

• Establish Regular Cadence of Social Media (Linked In) Posts:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on Linked In to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create, schedule, and monitor posts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Lead Funnel Intake and Coordination:

• Manage the lead intake process through website form fills, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data capture.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline lead funnel management and improve efficiency.

• Tradeshow Exhibit Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of tradeshow exhibits, including booth logistics and graphics.

• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of tradeshow events.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field preferred

• 2-5 years of relative experience required

• Proven experience in managing website content and optimization.

• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, particularly Linked In.

• Strong understanding of lead funnel management and experience with AI and automation tools.

• Experience in tradeshow planning and coordination.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Availability for limited travel as needed.

• Proficiency with marketing tools and technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.

• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
