We’re looking for a Creative Training Specialist to design and lead hands‑on training for virtual assistants stepping into creative and client‑facing roles. If you enjoy teaching, coaching, and seeing people grow with confidence, this role is made for you.

• Design and deliver structured training programs focused on creative and marketing skills.
• Facilitate live virtual training sessions that are practical, engaging, and easy to follow.
• Train VAs in Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, and related creative functions.
• Support onboarding by assessing skills, identifying strengths, and recommending development plans.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching to improve quality, confidence, and performance.
• Work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with business needs.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and learning modules.

• 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning support roles.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in creative, marketing, or eCommerce work.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 2–3 areas such as Social Media, Email Marketing, or Graphic Design.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.
• A genuine interest in mentoring, training, and helping others succeed.
• Comfortable using Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools.

• Stable internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with LAN connection and at least 20 Mbps.
