This position is a full‑time (40 hours per week) remote coaching role enabling students 3rd–8th grade worldwide to accelerate learning through mindset coaching.

• Conduct two weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per student focusing on goal‑setting, motivation, and mindset development.
• Host open "office hours" where students drop in for immediate support, encouragement, or problem‑solving.
• Leverage AI tools and dashboards to monitor student progress, pinpoint obstacles, and refine coaching strategy.
• Document insights, concerns, and tactical updates to keep each student advancing on a rapid‑growth path.
• Partner with your team to exchange strategies, elevate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework.

• Teaching lessons, grading assessments, or assigning homework—technology handles academics.
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed curriculum.
• Babysitting or micromanaging unmotivated students—coaching with intent not surveillance.
• Enduring unnecessary meetings or administrative overhead.
• Coasting—this team is for high‑level performers generating results.

Drive measurable academic progress and sustained engagement for virtual students by providing high‑frequency, high‑impact mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology‑enabled framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students.
• Demonstrated high performance in academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts.
• Strong virtual presence and capability to build rapport with students rapidly via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Comfortable navigating dashboards and technology tools to monitor and optimize performance.
• Availability to work at least 70% of hours between 7 am – 10 pm EST, Monday to Friday, to synchronize with U.S. time zones.

• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational disciplines.
• Experience supporting homeschool or alternative education families.

Alpha Anywhere combines AI‑driven academics with two 1:1 coaching sessions each week to deliver tailored mastery, accelerated progress, and sustainable motivation for students globally.

Compensation: $30 USD/hour (approximately $60,000/year for 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year) with weekly payment. The role requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
