What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with families to determine educational requirements.
  • Apply educational expertise to recommend personalized learning solutions tailored for each client.
  • Build trust and rapport with families through consultative sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services during sales interactions.
  • Work remotely while maintaining a stable, distraction-free environment.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or educational sales.
  • Proven success in metrics-driven work environments.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule, mainly Sunday - Thursday from 4pm-9pm Central Time.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
