• Assist lead instructors with feedback and grading for online courses

• Innovate course content and assist with technical issues as needed

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the online learning experience

• Master’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Background in a relevant field to support course delivery and instruction
• Competency in modern business principles and practices
• Previous experience in online education or teaching preferred
• Completion of a Penn State online master’s or graduate certificate is preferred

• Familiarity with the specific subject areas listed in the job description, such as Financial Accounting, Marketing Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Previous experience working with adult learners or in a professional educational setting
• Knowledge of online teaching tools and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
