Are you passionate about helping students navigate their educational journey? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a One Stop Representative for Financial Aid to serve as the first point of contact for students seeking assistance with financial aid applications, awards, and disbursements.

Purpose:
- Provide accurate information about financial aid eligibility, applications, and awards
- Assist students in person, by phone, and via email to initial questions
- Review and accept documentation for federal student aid
- Help students schedule appointments with Financial Aid Officers
- Perform accurate data entry, auditing, and record maintenance
- Protect student privacy by following institutional and federal regulations
- Organize resources and establish priorities to meet department goals
- Follow escalation guidelines for complex student inquiries
- Contribute to short- and long-term departmental goals
- Support CWI’s values through words and actions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Some local travel and occasional evening hours may be required.
What We’re Looking For:- One year of experience working with students in a financial aid office or other postsecondary setting or three years in an office environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and written communication skills
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
