Records Processing Specialist; Remote

• Serve as the lead processor for the Records Office, ensuring accuracy in reporting to various agencies
• Provide accurate data entry related to student withdrawal processes and schedule building
• Assist with end-of-term processing, including final grades and academic standing reporting
• Develop and maintain relationships across departments to support compliance and data integrity
• Provide processing related to study abroad and other academic functions

• Associate’s degree
• Three years’ experience in Records, Registrar, Admissions, or Enrollment Services
• Two years’ experience with Ellucian Banner software
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years’ experience in Records, Registrar, Admissions, or Enrollment Services
