Remote Training Associate: Design and Deliver Programs

A leading PBM provider is seeking a remote Trainer Associate to oversee training delivery and development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and train new hires effectively. Responsibilities include preparing materials, delivering training in various formats, and participating in project management aspects of training programs. Candidates with PBM or health care experience will be preferred.

Pay range is $23.08 - $37.02 based on experience.
