We are seeking an experienced MTSS leader to help implement an innovative AI-powered Multi‑Tiered System of Support that enables students to master curriculum twice as fast. This role will bring a new approach to intervention frameworks to K‑12 districts across the country, delivering measurable learning outcomes through intelligent technology.
This education startup is looking for someone who has successfully implemented and managed district-wide MTSS frameworks. Although you will work with our AI‑powered system instead of traditional intervention models, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS processes and compliance standards will be critical as districts adopt this more effective methodology.
Our framework transforms how districts provide student support by leveraging sophisticated AI to automatically detect student needs, deploy targeted interventions, and accelerate mastery. Your implementation expertise and education background will play a vital role in guiding districts through the transition to this proven approach to student success.
If you are a seasoned MTSS leader prepared to scale evidence‑based interventions using breakthrough technology, we invite you to apply.
What You Will Be Doing- Creating district implementation strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS framework
- Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
- Building bespoke, one‑time solutions rather than deploying our proven, standardized framework
- Concentrating on post‑launch account management instead of ensuring successful adoption
- Spending time on administrative tasks instead of focusing on meaningful student outcomes
- Supporting a single district instead of scaling implementation across multiple school systems
Key Responsibilities
Drive measurable improvements in student achievement by guiding districts through the successful implementation of our AI‑powered MTSS framework to produce demonstrable gains in learning outcomes.
Basic Requirements- At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on‑site training
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
