- Lead faculty, students, and Program Chairs overseeing ASN, BSN, and Master’s Direct Entry programs.
- Manage hiring, training, development, and evaluation of staff and faculty.
- Supervise faculty and staff, and oversee programmatic management such data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in new student orientation and various committees.
- Provide student advising, resolve student complaints, and intervene when student engagement or academic progress is in question.
- Act as a visible academic leader for students.
- Doctorate Degree in Nursing (DNP or PhD) required.
- Active and unencumbered Wisconsin or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- At least 5 years of online teaching experience preferred.
- CCNE accreditation experience preferred.
Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The salary range is $112,710 to $152,490. Benefits include tuition waiver, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
